This is the story of the Exodus of the Hebrews from Egypt as led by Moses. It does not start the story from when Moses was pulled from the Nile as a baby, but rather from the point of where God calls him from the mountain as a burning bush and goes all the way through the plagues of Egypt before the Pharaoh relents and lets them go.
The story is biblically sound and the author does a remarkable job of giving life to all the characters as they go through the trials. It reminds me of the movie with Charlton Heston, which I love.
This book was free the other day, but I would have gladly paid the asking price. It was definitely worth it, especially considering that this seems to be the author's first book.
